Rule of Thirds

Point of interest: the heart made of metal
Point of interest: the cans
Point of interest: the bird
       


Point of interest: the umbrella/ person

Point of interest: the tree leaves made of lights




             Rule of Thirds is where the main object of attraction is placed anywhere but the middle. This helps a photo have a different sense of feel than it would if the attractions was traditionally centered in the middle. In every one of the photos above, the attraction is place on the sides or from the sides powering into the middle. But no object is directly symmetrical to the middle.
